Alyssa and Charles were married at the Ebenezer A.R.P. Church in Rock Hill, SC!
It was such a gorgeous day!
Marissa has always wanted to hang a dress from a tree and we found one at the perfect height! The shoes looked pretty cool hanging up there too!
I was trying to bring out the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church’s Scottish heritage with the rocks as if the Church were in Scotland along the rocky craggs!
Alyssa and her bridesmaids were so bright and happy!
I love Alyssa’s hair flowing in the wind as her mother gives her a kiss on the cheek!
Alyssa has beautiful green and blue eyes that are complimented by the vibrant, pink lipstick and flowers!
Esther Catherine, the flower girl, was so adorable! She couldn’t stand still for pictures, but she was a perfect lady walking down the aisle during the ceremony.
Don’t Charles and his groomsmen look sharp?
Yet they are very silly guys!
It’s always neat to see how people’s facial expressions look when they laugh; whether they are squinting their eyes or sticking their tongues out.
Alyssa and her father were so happy!
The inside of Ebenezer ARP Church is beautiful with the large windows, organ pipes and stained glass with Jesus! We weren’t able to take pictures from inside the sanctuary, but the doors had windows so we asked the Pastor if we could take them through the doors and he was completely fine with that! We were so glad to be able to get a few ceremony pictures for a little surprise for Alyssa and Charles!
The first kiss!
I love how Charles and Alyssa are standing so romantically against a tree!
Precious!
The flowers and decor at the reception were beautiful!
The cake is so classy and simple, white, yet color pops with the vibrant flowers!
All too often the baker or wedding planner will forget to tell the couple how they’re supposed to cut the cake, so, since we are always right there and have done tons of weddings, they instinctively look at us and ask what to do. We love to be of any help, and the couple is always laughing that they don’t know how to cut a layered cake and where to put their hands, which hands to use, etc., as you can see here where Charles and Alyssa were all giggles as they cut the cake.
The toast usually takes a second as they try and wrap their arms around to take a sip, sometimes they’re laughing so much that they can hardly get a sip! Charles and Alyssa did a great job!
The reception was filled with so many nice people, that didn’t mind having their photo taken 🙂
Bubbles! Everyone has fun with bubbles! The little kids will even have more fun, taking the bubbles home with them and blowing them all around their houses!
I love how you can see them laughing at the car decorations here! Charles has one of those “I can believe those goofy guys” looks here!
Have a wonderful marriage Charles and Alyssa! We enjoyed your beautiful wedding and your wonderful family and friends!
