We had the privilege of photographing a preview of the 2012 Southern Living Showcase Home! It’s located at The River Reserve along the Saluda River built by Dillard-Jones Builders! Be sure to look at their other amazing homes!

The interior and furniture were all amazing!

The house features 5,000 heated square feet!
The outdoor living space is 1,200 square feet!
There was an awesome mural of Yoda from Star Wars painted in the children’s room by Lee Dillingham.
Heading up the steps you can peak through a window into the wine cellar and tasting room.
The home theatre was neat with a giant film real standing by the window!
Guests mingled and enjoyed the preview of this beautiful home.
Brandon Dyke gave a wonderful performance for the evening on the deck.
